We are expanding our integrative team and seeking a California Licensed Acupuncturist who is highly skilled, entrepreneurial, and excited about the opportunity to grow their practice within a supportive and fast-growing naturopathic clinic.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Acupuncturist role based in Walnut Creek, CA.

Preferred availability includes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursday PM or Friday, with the potential for weekend space if needed.

Core responsibilities include:

• Providing acupuncture treatments and developing integrative, individualized treatment plans
• Administering complementary therapies such as cupping, herbal medicine, dry needling, ear seeding, or other modalities within your scope
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless, holistic patient care
• Actively growing your client base through your own outreach and online presence
• Maintaining consistent communication with support staff and contributing positively to the clinic environment
• This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial practitioner who wants autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to scale their audience and client base while practicing within a reputable, established clinic.

Expectations

• Minimum 20 booked clinical hours per week
• Ability to bring your own clients or actively grow your patient base
• Clear, respectful communication with the front desk and clinical team
• Professional online presence (website and/or social media)
• Alignment with naturopathic principles and ability to treat complementary areas such as:
• Hormonal balance
• Gut health and digestion
• Anxiety and stress
• Musculoskeletal and general pain conditions

Compensation

Current clinic pricing: $200 for initial 1-hour visits and $120 for follow-ups — you may set your own rates 60/40 split with eligibility for 70/30 incentives based on monthly gross

Entrepreneurial flexibility to build your practice while leveraging Kore’s established patient base and brand presence

Qualifications

• Proficiency in acupuncture and complementary holistic therapies
• Strong foundation in natural or integrative medicine
• Valid California acupuncture license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business-minded, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow your practice
