Role Overview

• Location: Albany, NY
• Part-time 2 day/week schedule (flexible- weekends also)
• Post-acute care inpatient setting

What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Integrate and work closely with the IDT
• Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth Physician

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced clinicians
• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
• Active New York NP/PA license
• Active DEA

Compensation

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $52,370 to $62,845 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
