As an Aesthetic Registered Nurse (ARN) at Next Health, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated aesthetic professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. The Aesthetic RN is also responsible for having an understanding of the biomarker testing and other next-level services that we offer, which include, but are not limited to stem cells, exosomes, for aesthetic use, and facial rejuvenation along with competency of fillers, wrinkle relaxers, PRP, lasers, micro needling, hair restoration and other advanced cosmetic procedures that may not be included or added in addition to Next Health after the creation of this document./ppAs the Aesthetic Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:/pulliConducting patient consultations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each clients individual needs/liliPerforming non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, and laser treatments, in a safe and effective manner/liliThe Aesthetic RN is responsible for all aspects of skin health including but not limited to full-face evaluations and the selling of packages./liliEducating clients on treatment options, pre- and post-procedure care, and expected outcomes./liliCollaborates with leadership to promote customer outreach retention./liliMaintaining accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensuring HIPAA compliance/liliCollaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and aestheticians, to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes/liliParticipating in quality improvement initiatives and staying up-to-date on best practices and clinical guidelines in aesthetics/li/ulpIn this role, you can expect to:/pulliServe holds the sole ARN at the location and demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset/liliA valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)- Certification in Aesthetics, such as the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) credential or equivalent/lili3+ years of experience as an Aesthetic Registered Nurse, including hands-on experience with Botox injections, dermal filler injections, PRP, and laser treatments./liliExcellent clinical and diagnostic skills/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills/liliAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team/liliFamiliarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software/lili*** Well-qualified candidates will bring an established patient base./li/ulpWere looking for an Aesthetic Registered Nurse who has:/pulliMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience administering aesthetic treatments/liliActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona, in good standing/liliBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution/liliExperience working collaboratively with a team of aesthetic professionals to provide high-quality patient care/liliPerform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, and laser treatments- Educate clients on treatment options and expected outcomes/liliMaintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMRs)/liliParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on best practices and clinical guidelines in aesthetics./li/ulpOur Culture Perks:/pulliOUTSTANDING compensation package available!/liliExciting GROWTH prospects for advancement as we expand our operations!/liliA supportive and inclusive work environment/liliMeaningful work that makes a difference for our patients/liliPerformance Based Bonuses/liliHealthcare coverage/lili401(k) retirement savings plan/liliPaid Time Off/liliPaid Holidays/liliEmployee discounts/liliTraining and development/liliWellness resources/li/ulpThe expected compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $40.00+ per hour, in addition to competitive benefits and opportunities for progressive bonuses for well established candidates. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
