What we expect from you
- Independently Lead parties as well as Lead and or Assist Classes.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience with consistent professionalism . We treat our customer & Members as VIP's!
- Maintain our high standards for cleanliness without reminders - keeping our gym and lobby area cleaned and disinfected is a critical responsibility that requires attention to detail and personal accountability .
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with both children and parents, including the ability to clearly convey information and actively listen.
- Working Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently is required and non-negotiable.

- You're totally open to being a goofball and love celebrating kids' success while maintaining professional boundaries . (A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics or dance helps as well.)
