Join Our Artisan Bakery TeamWe are seeking a passionate, skilled baker with experience in both artisan bread and laminated doughs. We specialize in sourdough hearth breads, focaccia, brioche, and classic viennoiserie like croissants - and we're looking for someone who takes pride in every batch they touch.
Responsibilities Include:
Requirements:
Knowledge of dough hydration, temperature control, and shaping
Must be flexible with hours and available to work overnight/early morning shifts
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
