Douglas Manor is a 90-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Windham, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants .... Check out our Facebook Page and you will definitely want to join our TEAM!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare residents for meals (i.e., take to bathroom, wash hands, comb hair, raise bed, position tables, place bibs, take to/from dining room, etc.).
• Serve food trays. Assist with feeding as indicated (i.e., cutting foods, feeding, assist in dining room supervision, etc.).
• Perform after meal care (i.e., remove trays, clean resident's hands, face, clothing, take to bathroom, brush teeth, clean dentures, etc.).
• Take and record TPRs, blood pressures, etc., as necessary.

Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) Pay Rate:

• Sign On Bonus - up to $

Requirements:

• Must possess a current certification as a Nurses Aide.
• Be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner.
• Be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 4 feet.
