We're looking for an  enthusiastic, mission-driven individual to join our team as Charity Campaign Assistants .

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, community outreach, and event coordination—all while supporting organizations doing meaningful, life-changing work.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

As a Charity Campaign Assistant, you’ll help bring awareness, funding, and community support to nonprofit causes through live events and direct engagement.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of fundraising events and outreach campaigns

• Representing nonprofit partners at public events and educating the public about their mission

• Encouraging donations and involvement through in-person conversations and engagement

• Delivering exceptional customer service and answering questions with professionalism and empathy

• Maintaining accurate records of donor interactions , campaign performance, and feedback

• Supporting the outreach team with data entry , reports, and follow-up communication

• Collaborating with team members to optimize outreach strategies and meet campaign goals

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Passionate about social impact , community service, or nonprofit work

• Strong communicators who enjoy engaging with the public

• Organized , detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in customer service, sales, or volunteer work is a plus—but not required!
