Job Summary The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy by building relationships with ambassadors, studios, and local partners, hosting community events, and delivering a world‑class guest experience. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life. Establish and manage local key relationships (ambassadors, studios, partners) to increase guest acquisition and retention. Engage with the local community to identify new ambassador or partner opportunities and position the store as a community hub. Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience. Attend, support, and host local and regional community events. Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors. Review community relevant business data and metrics to share insights with store leadership. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. 1 year of customer service or community building experience. Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation. Schedule & Availability Shifts can vary: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights/overnights during peak times. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $22.50 – $25.89/hour. Target Bonus: $2.00/hour. Total Target Base Pay: $24.50 – $27.89/hour.
