Construction Manager

Our in-house design build specialists, who include architects, designers, and project managers, carry out building projects from conception to completion. Complete refers to full service in every stage of construction, from building foundation and land preparation to a full range of services like carpentry, electrical, framing, drywall, painting, and flooring. Position Overview The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise
- Manage project budgets, including cost analysis and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior PM in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with cost analysis and budgeting in construction projects
