Job Description:
Manage the CRM system (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling and coordination of appointments.
Handle email inbox management, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding as appropriate.
Return customer calls and potentially answer incoming calls via call forwarding.
Perform additional administrative tasks and support functions as needed.
Must Haves:
Proven customer service experience
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Philippine citizenship and residency
Nice to Haves:
Experience with marketing tasks, such as creating and sending email campaigns
Background in de-escalating irate clients and/or patients
Familiarity with Zoho CRM
