Location: Fishers, IN

Reports To: P3 Development Manager

Internship Duration: Summer 2026 (Approximately 10-12 weeks)

Eligibility: Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student

Position Overview


The Summer Intern - Development will work closely with the P3 team to support all aspects of the real estate development process. This internship is designed as a pipeline to a full-time Development Associate role upon graduation. The intern will gain hands-on experience in market research, financial modeling, project management, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing meaningfully to active development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the evaluation of potential development opportunities through market research, site analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
  • Support the creation and refinement of development pro formas and investment memos.
  • Participate in project meetings with internal teams, external consultants, and public/private partners.
  • Help prepare presentations and materials for investors, municipalities, and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct due diligence on sites, zoning, entitlements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Development Manager and broader P3 team on project tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the P3 team in business development efforts and due diligence of potential university clients.
Requirements

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Passion for real estate development and community impact.
