Job Description

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a proactive Mid-Level  DevOps Engineer to manage AWS infrastructure, optimize cloud systems, and ensure smooth deployments. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, maintain monitoring and alerting systems, and handle incident management. Strong AWS expertise and clear communication skills are essential. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • AWS Management: Optimize and manage EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and more. 


  • Monitoring & Alerting: Build and maintain APM dashboards, set proactive alerting strategies. 


  • Deployment & Automation: Assist in CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub, NodeJs, Jenkins, and serverless technologies. 


  • Incident Management: Be involved in detection, triage, mitigation, and root cause analysis. 


  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of processes, incidents, and system changes. 


  • Collaboration: Work with developers and engineers to ensure infrastructure meets requirements. 


  • Security: Implement AWS security best practices and ensure compliance. 

 

Required Skills: 


  • Ability to lead offshore engineers. 


  • Proven experience as a  DevOps Engineer with strong AWS focus. 


  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch). 


  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools and scripting (Python, Bash, Linux or similar.). 


  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (cloud formation) tools. 


  • Strong logic, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. 

 

Preferred: 


  • AWS Certifications ( DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect). 


  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ReactJs, and Agile environments. 


  • Knowledge of AWS security best practices.

Total Compensation Range (base salary & bonus): $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
