The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through email and chat channels, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  
• Provide accurate and efficient support to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
  
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support experience

• Experience in customer service or support role preferred
  
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing platforms a plus
