An international food manufacturer is currently searching for HR Coordinators to join their facility in Burlington NC. The Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of HR experience in coordinating compensation and benefits.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Utilize the database to compile candidates' information, organizing files and data while assisting with office/clerical duties.
- Assist in HR policies guidance and interpretation.
- Monitor and help manage the personnel administration for PTO, sick leave, medical reimbursement, etc.
- Work with HR managers regarding benefits administration and HRIS management.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- College degree (Associate's or higher) in accounting/human resources/ or related business studies (desired)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience with payroll, timekeeping and benefits administration (preferred).
- Organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
