This is an exciting opportunity for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who want to break into the HR industry and build a long-term career. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in the full recruitment cycle by sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in quality roles with our client partners. You’ll work with urgency to fill client orders, collaborate with payroll and HR departments, and ensure accurate completion of employee onboarding and documentation.

Responsibilities
•Process employee applications and ensure completion of all new hire paperwork (I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, client documents, etc.)
•Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports, update employee records, and manage onboarding
•Recruit candidates using job boards, text messaging software, and other sourcing tools
•Conduct pre-employment checks including background screenings, drug tests, references, and certifications
•Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active engagement with candidate leads
•Create accurate job descriptions and write submittal paragraphs highlighting candidate qualifications
•Review resumes, conduct pre-screenings, and assist candidates with resume building when needed
•Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates; provide interview coaching
•Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when necessary
•Support payroll processing including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution
•Collaborate with internal HR, payroll, and recruiting teams to meet client expectations
•Perform additional administrative and recruiting responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
•No recruiting experience required — prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support a plus
•Bilingual skills preferred but not required
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
•Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer skills
•Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving skills
•Flexible and able to work additional hours when needed
•Interest in building a long-term career in HR or Recruiting highly encouraged
Pay
$16.00 – $18.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
