Duties include: House management- packing for trips, shopping, record keeping, greeting/scheduling repairs, and assisting with all duties for the household. Heavy calendaring for family and household staff of 40 people, family, and even the pets. Must keep very organized checklists of "to do's" and follow up on execution. Oversight of inventory (coming in/out) and household budget. Heavy event planning of large scale society events in the house. Available to work a 50-hour work week any five of seven weekdays plus extensive travel both domestically and internationally.
