About Maids on a Mission:

Maids on a Mission is a local cleaning company looking to grow by recruiting EXPERIENCED and professional positive people who would like to make a difference! We know that a career as a house cleaner can provide great exercise, lasting satisfaction, new skills, and personal responsibility. On top of all that, you do NOT need to come to the office daily. You will be dispatched directly from your home. You must live within 15 miles of the San Antonio International Airport to be considered.

As a cleaning technician you are the magician that makes our valued customers homes sparkle through providing consistent quality house cleaning. You are the smiling face that our customers see on a recurring or one time basis that takes the dirt away through using our proven process with efficiency.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Vacuuming floors, carpets, and rugs.
• Mopping floors.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize, toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
• Cleaning kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets.
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling in all rooms.
• Cleaning mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Maintaining and properly operating cleaning equipment.
• Reporting any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues to the office.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client concerns or requests.
• Demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all work assignments.
• Top notch communication with the office.

Expectations/Requirements

• Driver's License
• Reliable car (with insurance)
• Willing to take a background check
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
• Over the age of 18

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.92 per hour
