We are currently looking for a FedEx Ground experienced BC to manage our day to day operation in Burlington, WA.
We prefer a BC with experience or a driver with 5+ yrs experience wanting to grow into a management position.
Daily tasks:
make sure all drivers show up to work
make sure drivers have all the equipment needed for them to complete the work
Have conversations daily with P&D Management regarding any issues
Manage truck maintenance
Be out in the field to assist drivers if needed
Identify issues or failures before they occur
Do clean up route as needed
Hire Drivers, promote and discipline as needed
Available to work minimum 6 days
Be available 24/7 if needed
Build a great team and driver culture
