We are looking for skilled and reliable finish carpenters to join our team! If you have experience in installing cabinets, molding, doors, flooring, and other fine woodwork, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Cabinet Installation & Custom Built-Ins – Install kitchen cabinets, vanities, entertainment centers, closet systems, and other custom woodwork.

✔ Trim & Molding Installation – Cut, assemble, and install baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, door/window casings, and coffered ceilings.

✔ Doors & Staircases – Install interior/exterior doors, sliding/barn doors, handrails, treads, risers, and balusters.

✔ Accent Walls & Decorative Panels – Install shiplap, feature walls, and custom wood paneling.

✔ Flooring Installation – Vinyl, laminate, and tile floor installations.

✔ Carpentry Repairs & Adjustments – Repair and refinish cabinetry, trim, and wooden surfaces.

✔ Precise Measuring & Cutting – Read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and cut materials to specifications.

✔ Job Site Prep & Cleanup – Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure high-quality finishing on all projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Experience in Finish Carpentry (Minimum 2+ years preferred).

✅ Ability to cut, measure, and install trim, cabinetry, and fine woodwork with precision.

✅ Proficiency in using carpentry tools (saws, routers, drills, nail guns, levels, and measuring tools).

✅ Knowledge of materials (solid wood, MDF, plywood, PVC trim, veneers).

✅ Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (preferred but not required).

✅ Must have own basic hand tools.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
