Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Louisville, KY for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and lead staff, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include inventory management, staff training and development, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment and fostering positive relationships with customers and the local community. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead and develop staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and reconciliation to optimize profitability. Execute marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
