Position Overview:

As a Host at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and have a positive dining experience. Your role is crucial in managing the flow of guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Manage the waitlist and seat guests promptly.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized host area.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
• Assist with taking reservations and managing large parties.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards for quality service and hospitality.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
