Vaco has partnered with a fast-paced, growing company in search of an Interim Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The Interim Senior Financial Analyst will help support the growing FP&A function. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and have a strong background in FP&A functions.

Job Title: Interim Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Tempe - hybrid 

Pay Rate: $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience 

Project Duration: 6 months (potential contract-to-hire) 

Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain advanced financial models using Excel 

• Conduct ROI analysis and support financial planning tools

• Extract and manipulate data to build models quickly and accurately 

• Assist in FP&A reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree Finance, or related field, required 

• Experience with FP&A, financial reporting, and ROI analysis

• Ability to work onsite at the Tempe office 

• Commitment to duration of project

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
