Location: 1003 Plum Valley Ln Highlands Ranch CO 80129
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with One Day Off During the Week (Closed on Sunday)
Salary Range : $110000 - $140000 per year
Pay Type : Full Time
Travel: Up to 25% Travel to Other Locations (CA & UT)

  • Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems security tools applications servers email systems laptops desktops software and hardware

  • Own projects solutions and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative

  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies hardware and software

  • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

  • Analyze department needs identify vulnerabilities and boost productivity efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions

  • Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly using the full range of capabilities and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions

  • Continuously analyze current processes technologies and vendors to identify areas of improvement

  • Manage Help Desk Support

  • Quarterly security reviews

  • Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs

  • Train employees on both software and hardware troubleshoot and provide technical support when needed

  • Develop and execute disaster procedures and maintain data backups

  • Punctual and regular attendance.

  • Ensure process adherence.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Effectively manage a high volume of work

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

Job Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Able to work irregular hours

  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (Active Directory and other Windows-based systems) current equipment and technologies enterprise backup and recovery procedures and system performance monitoring

  • Expertise with implementing configuring and testing solutions

  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.

  • Must maintain a professional appearance and follow brand dress code.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize important activities.

  • Ability to adopt and support new processes and changes to help in employee and customer satisfaction.

Education Experience and Certification

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Cisco Meraki CMNO/ECMS1 Certification

  • Bachelors degree in technology or computer science

  • Strong creative and analytical thinking

  • Professional certifications

  • Cisco CCNP Certification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.

  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
