Information Technology Manager
Hybrid Role:  Hamel, MN

We’re looking for a Information Technology Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for all company information technology functions. This role ensures IT resources align with and enhance key business processes, drives the adoption of innovative and secure technologies (including AI and automation), and defines long-term strategies that enable growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor Syteline or similar) and Microsoft network systems.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated success in project planning and execution.
• Ability to coordinate the development and modification of custom software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving system reliability, security and performance.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics, automation tools, or machine learning applications in business or manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of outside resources, company personnel, and others at all levels.
