Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Backend Engineer who is eager to take ownership, drive innovation, and establish best practices for our backend systems. In this role, you will not only lead the technical direction but also introduce new standards, processes, and guidelines to elevate the engineering team. You will work closely with product managers and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, high-quality backend solutions.
