Primary Responsibilities

1. Travel from your residence to company-generated ( or self-generated) , pre-qualified homeowner appointments
2. Conduct engaging in-home presentations and product demonstrations
3. Present custom quotes and guide homeowners to same-day decisions
4. Follow a value-based sales process rooted in honesty and integrity
5. Attend ongoing training and regular sales meetings
6. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Valid driver’s license (required)
2. Willing to travel up to 2 hours for daily appointments (required)
3. Ability to lift/carry 20–60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
4. Comfortable using iPad-based applications (required)
5. No previous outside sales experience required
6. Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales system for our unique products
7. Strong desire and ability to close sales

Compensation

1. $5,000 ONBOARDING INCENTIVE for prior licensed sales reps to be paid in installments, earned only if actively selling at 30, 60, or 90 days
2. Uncapped, commission-only compensation—current reps can earn $80,000–$220,000+
3. Performance-based incentive opportunities
4. ICBA Contractors Insurance options available
