Job Description Light Industrial Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors in alignment with the main office.
- Schedule and oversee agency inspections to ensure compliance.
- Interpret and apply architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings and reports from testing and inspection agencies; prepare and track RFIs.
- Complete daily reports and capture progress photographs.
- Utilize computer systems (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage PDF documents efficiently.
- Collaborate with design professionals, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve conflicts and drive solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, enforcing safety standards consistently.

The Successful Applicant Light Industrial Superintendent Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale commercial ground-up construction.
- Prior experience with light industrial projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, or cold storage facilities valued at $25M+ .
- Familiarity with tilt-wall, precast, and cast-in-place concrete is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the full construction process and ability to maintain a master schedule.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Self-driven and highly organized.
- Willingness to take ownership of multiple responsibilities to ensure project success

- Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 (based on experience)
