Our firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years insurance defense experience in civil litigation. Candidates are expected to handle all aspects of auto, products, sports and premises cases from pre-lit stage through trial, including researching and preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to manage multiple cases at once.

Responsibilities:

* Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal settings.
* Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Conduct legal research and analysis.
* Prepare for trial by interviewing witnesses, researching case law, and preparing legal arguments.
* Provide advice to clients on a variety of legal matters.
* Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
* Advise clients on the merits of their cases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Experience:
