Looking for the ultimate in work/life balance for CDL A driving? At The Forward Group, and Amazon Freight Partner, we work 3 days/wk in our Solo1 Program. We run day cabs and get our team home to Chattanooga EVERY shift. We do more than just talk about safety and we understand our company succeeds or fails through our Drivers. We run all shifts but have more availability for afternoon/night runs than morning runs.

What you do:

Run 12-14 hour shifts 3 days/week! 100% no touch, 90% drop and hook. No doubles, no triples, no HAZMAT. Our Team places safety first with nice late model trucks and a full set of safety technology. We ensure compliance at every level while driving an average of 350-450 miles/day from warehouse to warehouse.

What we do:

• Have you home daily (trucks stay in our yard off Shallowford Rd, not at your house)

• Pay you 40 HRS/WK- $22/hr + OT as available + Performance bonus

• Provide PTO/vacation annually at 4% per hour worked

• Provide 401k with 4% matching

What you need:

• If you can't drive without smoking in a truck or you aren't interested in cleaning trucks at the end of every shift then DO NOT APPLY- we care about our team and our equipment!

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A Commercial Driver License

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record, DOT Med Card, and a good DAC/PSP reports

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen

• The ability to effectively use handheld technology and smart phone apps

• The ability to work 12-14 HR shifts while driving a Class A tractor with 53 dry van trailer, driving up to 11 Hours/day
