Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Logistics Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling our logistics services to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets (B2B).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contracts.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and sell complex service solutions.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (not required).
