Job Title: MIG Welder: Paying between $23/hr- $26/hr

Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled solid-wire MIG Welders to join our team for production welding. You will work in the finished product area and be required to train in various other areas of the shop, including operating different machines. We are looking for experienced welders who can handle both thin and thick materials, set up their machines, and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform solid-wire MIG welding for production purposes.
• Work in the finished product area for specific customers.
• Train in various shop areas, including operating different machines.
• Weld both thin and thick materials.
• Set and adjust welding machines as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in MIG welding, especially with 3/16th and 11-18 gauge materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding procedure specifications.
• Proficiency in welding procedures and understanding of weld symbols.
• Experience with carbon steel and steel welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
• Knowledge in fabrication, pipe welding, and solid wire MIG.
• Experience with aluminum and stainless MIG welding.

Work Environment

Our workplace is a 72,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled manufacturing facility, equipped with all new Lincoln Welding machines. The environment is very organized, ensuring optimal working conditions for all employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.45/hr.
