POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has over 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and Novartis . Program emphasis is in Regulatory Affairs Global Labeling. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to obtain foundational hands-on experiences in Regulatory Affairs Global Labeling, where the Fellow will work alongside colleagues to learn the core fundamentals in a Regulatory Affairs, which will help them secure a fulfilling career in the pharmaceutical industry.

University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. Responsibilities or learning objectives

The program emphasizes Regulatory Affairs Global Labeling. The Fellow will gain foundational hands-on experiences in Regulatory Affairs Global Labeling, working alongside colleagues to learn core fundamentals in Regulatory Affairs and to support a career in the pharmaceutical industry. University-based experiences include Professional Development, collaborative research, publication, and teaching opportunities, and participation/leadership in Rutgers Fellowship committees.

Program portal opens at 12 PM ET on October 8th. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually on a rolling basis starting October 10th. To apply, candidates MUST use the RPIF website to create a RPIF Candidate Account and upload the required application materials by the dates noted below.

The application process is rolling; earlier submission is encouraged. See the RPIF site for additional recruitment information and dates.

Offers begin on December 12th, the AIFA consensus date for first offers. After interviews, candidates will be notified of their status.

2. Upload Materials : Upload RPIF Application Materials to RPIF Candidate Account starting October 8th, 2025.



1. Applications are considered on a rolling basis . Submit materials early to be considered sooner. Complete the short-answer questions and upload your Letter of Intent and CV by October 17th, 2025.
2. Begin securing letters of recommendation; all 3 must be received before full consideration. All 3 letters should be submitted by December 1st, 2025.
