JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Corporate Office Management: Welcome and direct visitors and employees at the Amentum corporate office for the Missile Defense Division supporting the IRES Contract; monitor and replace office equipment, materials and/or supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in office availability; manage facility budget and process invoices to ensure smooth day-to-day operations that support corporate and contract requirements; coordinate and manage office space for meetings, conferences, events, and VIP visits; receive and resolve office correspondence, complaints and queries; coordinate activities to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.

1. Business Administration: Support EM departmental meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the department; coordinate travel for the IRES workforce; provide other administrative duties and business support as assigned. This role will be onsite 5 days a week at Shriver Airforce Base.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have 2, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• Must have 6 months, or more, of office administration experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Must have, or obtain within 90 days of start date, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Have experience with a variety of personalities and backgrounds in the workplace

PAY

$28hr - $36hr
