We are hiring a Payroll Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collecting employee weekly timecards.
* Contacting employees for missing timecards.
* Calculating timecards and inputting payroll into company payroll system.
* Ensuring timecards reflect accurate clock ins/outs.
* Submitting PTO/Sick Request Forms.
* Reviewing client invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
*Additional role related duties, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3-4 years of recent experience processing payroll.
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Great attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.

HUGE PLUS:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
* Bilingual in Spanish.
