The Bradbury Group, a global leader in roll forming and coil processing equipment, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Moundridge, Kansas.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll for approximately 520 employees across multiple states, maintaining compliance with payroll laws and regulations, overseeing timekeeping accuracy, and supporting payroll-related entries in our ERP system (Infor/Syteline). The Payroll Specialist will also manage HR records and provide guidance on payroll best practices.

As part of a lean, collaborative HR department, you’ll play a critical role in payroll operations while also lending a hand on team projects during busy times.

What You’ll Do

• Process and reconcile bi-weekly multi-state payroll in ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and wage/hour rules.
• Review and correct hourly employee time entries; coordinate with supervisors for approvals.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and accrual journal entries in Infor/Syteline ERP.
• Maintain HR document management systems and ensure secure, compliant recordkeeping.
• Support HR and Finance leadership with payroll reporting and audits.
• Assist HR teammates with projects during peak periods or absences.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably multi-state.
• Experience with a payroll system required; ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred .
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax laws, and reporting.
• ERP reconciliation experience (Infor/Syteline a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting tools.
• CPP or FPC certification a plus.

Hours

8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-TH; 8:00 am - 2:30 pm F
