Overview

We are seeking a People Partner in Work Dynamics supporting the Data Center division. This role requires a talented and experienced HR professional with a proven track record of pivoting between driving strategic people initiatives and tactical day-to-day escalations. The People Partner will interface with and directly support executive leadership and managing directors, as well as manage a growing team of People Experience Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support to leadership teams, implementing and executing the people strategy and while helping develop a people agenda that drives business and financial outcomes.
  • Where necessary, serve as the conduit between the business, HR team and client on key people initiatives, such as union activity, talent initiatives, and data-driven trends.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to understand, assess and drive change based on metrics with an outcome of enhanced employee experience and improved business financials.
  • Lead and manage HR team members to deliver exceptional employee experience in a heavily matrixed environment.
  • Collaborate across functions and service lines to deliver a consistent and positive OneJLL experience for team members.
  • Operate as an objective and trusted advisor, providing appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually.
  • Lead and coordinate talent management cycle activities across the vertical and within the HR team, including but not limited to Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End and Compensation Planning.
  • Drive a culture of inclusion and belonging where everyone's voice is heard.
  • Partner with HR functions to create and deliver best-inclass HR resources, processes, programs and experiences.
  • Ensure organizational structure is deployed efficiently and effectively, with ongoing focus to optimize the organization, including allocation management of the team.
  • In partnership with HR, Business and Talent Acquisition leadership, identify critical roles, assess bench strength, develop meaningful development and succession plans while maintaining a strong external talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex employee matters and be the conduit to the business to reduce risk.
  • Partner with Transitions team to successfully price, pitch and onboard new business, including support of transition, expansion and stabilization efforts.
  • Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle.
  • Bring a global lens and thought partnership to support the globalization of the data center vertical.

Experience and Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Established leadership experience in matrix work environments
  • Proven history as trusted advisor to executive level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated results implementing strategic HR initiatives
  • Ability and interest in traveling to JLL or client sites at least once a month

Estimated compensation for this position: 140,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD per year
