We are a premier,well-established Urgent Care network with five locations north of Boston,dedicated to providing high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care toour communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director tojoin our leadership team. This full-time role includes both clinical practiceand administrative oversight to support quality care delivery, providerdevelopment, and operational excellence.

Position Overview:

  • Schedule: 5 days/week
  • 3 days clinical (directpatient care)
  • 2 days administrative(leadership, quality, governance, operations)
  • Compensation: $240,000+annually, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadershipacross all urgent care locations
  • Deliver high-quality patientcare in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversee clinical protocols,policies, and quality assurance programs
  • Collaborate with executiveleadership on operational strategy and workflow improvement
  • Serve as a mentor andresource to providers, ensuring clinical excellence and teamwork
  • Participate in hiring,onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing provider education
  • Ensure compliance with stateand federal regulatory standards and best practices
  • Maintain a positive,patient-focused culture aligned with organizational values

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
  • Board Certified in EmergencyMedicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care specialty
  • Active Massachusetts MedicalLicense (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 3+ years of UrgentCare or Emergency Medicine experience
  • Prior leadership ormanagement experience preferred
  • Strong communication,interpersonal, and team-building skills
  • Commitment to high-quality,evidence-based care and operational efficiency
