Senior Coordinator

Position Overview
The Senior Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects within our organization, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, particularly in concrete-related projects, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities related to concrete projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in preparing project estimates and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in concrete-related projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects in commercial and industrial sectors is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
