Position Overview

As a Custom Home Construction Project Manager , you will oversee all aspects of luxury home construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You'll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage custom home projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project.
• Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management, preferably in custom or luxury homes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software Procore and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
