Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage fire sprinkler projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and client specifications. This role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, while maintaining project budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler projects from planning to execution.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and other relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that arise.
- Prepare project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among project team members and ensure effective collaboration.
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA regulations.
- Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Procore and Sage 100.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CAD software.
- PMP certification is a plus.
