We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure resident satisfaction, and maintain strong financial performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained community
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Supervise and support on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with fair housing, company policies, and local regulations
• Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and control expenses
• Handle vendor coordination, contract management, and property inspections
• Resolve resident concerns professionally and in a timely manner
• Ensure units are turned, marketed, and leased efficiently to maintain occupancy goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of property management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with leasing, collections, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and local housing regulations
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Onesite, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-call as needed
