Our onboarding and training set the industry standard. When you join our team, you'll undergo an intensive onboarding process where we'll equip you with a highly specialized skill set. We'll teach you how to turn leads from our channel partners into appointments, conduct effective seller consultations, and master the intricacies of real estate contracts. Our goal is to get you into production within just one week. After onboarding, our comprehensive training continues with sessions held five days a week, covering topics such as roleplays, listing appointment preparation, closing techniques, and more – all conducted both in-person and via Zoom.

Your Responsibilities:

• Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
• Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.
• Perform property evaluations to determine accurate property values for sellers.
• Be readily available to assist and support your clients.
• Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.
