Overview

Akkodis is seeking a recruiter for a client in Everett, Washington.

Pay

Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr. This range is provided by Akkodis. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Rate Range: $60.00/hour to $65.00/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

For this particular assignment, candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

The recruiter will builds business partnerships with hiring managers and ensure recruiting strategies and operations align with business needs. Will perform all recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background, and reference checking, offering and on-boarding.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience recruiting on the manufacturing side.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a candidate who has experience recruiting on the manufacturing side.
• Creates and successfully executes a sourcing plan for openings in partnership with Hiring Managers which includes: developing a target list of companies, researching individuals to target, artfully engaging target talent, solidifying interest and reporting on results each week to Hiring Manager and team.
• Maintains candidate pipeline matching anticipated talent needs so when opportunities to hire arise, key prospects are identified within each discipline and are ready to pursue.
• Reviews applications/resumes and phone screens/interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and position to generate interest.
• Recommends screened candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.
• Maintains consistent, clear and regular communication with candidate throughout process to ensure engagement and interest.
• Increases positive candidate experience including quick turn?around time.
• Negotiates offer package with candidates from the beginning of the process for maximum efficiency and improvement of offer to hire ratio.
• Communicates offers and leads the hiring team toward offer acceptance.
• Serves as primary contact for all recruiting inquiries and works to maintain a professional and responsive company reputation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a recruiter, HR, or similar role.
• Experience recruiting skilled labor is required (manufacturing side).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with various recruiting tools and job boards.
• Detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.
