Position Overview:

VergePointe, LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Registered Assistant to join our team in Lake Oswego, OR. This is an in-office role and is not remote or hybrid. This dual-role position combines administrative office management responsibilities with registered assistant duties supporting our wealth management operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Office Manager Duties:

- Oversee all office administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Manage billing and collections processes accurately and timely.

- Handle phone and email communications with professionalism and efficiency.

- Organize and maintain client paperwork, including filing and tax return output for client records.

- Perform reception duties, greeting clients and visitors warmly.

- Maintain and organize the office workroom, supplies, and equipment.

 

Registered Assistant Duties:

- Assist the Wealth Operations Manager with daily tasks related to wealth management services.

- Support trade execution, account reconciliations, and billing processes.

- Communicate with clients regarding account updates, documentation, and inquiries.

- Provide operational support to wealth advisors, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all activities.

- Perform other related tasks to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Licensing: FINRA Series 65 or 66 required

- Previous experience in office administration and/or financial services preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with financial software systems (previous experience with Pershing or Schwab is a plus).

- Professional demeanor and commitment to client service excellence.

- Must be able to work in office from 8am to 5pm daily.

 

 

Benefits & Compensation:

- Salary range is $65,000 to $70,000 per year.
