Infosys is seeking a Retail Banking Business Analyst with experience in Consumer/Commercial Lending. As a consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, delivering recommendations, creating detailed design and architecture artifacts, and supporting implementation and knowledge transfer. Your goal is to provide value?adding consulting solutions that help clients meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of one year of education.
• Location: Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA. Candidate must be within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer?based visa sponsorship. Infosys will not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking, Digital, Core Banking, Deposits and Lending.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking, Digital, Core Banking, Deposits and Lending.
• Experience creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
• Retail Banking experience with Loans and Deposits modules.
• Experience defining and implementing data quality programs; banking or finance industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to write use cases for implementing AI in retail banking.
• Experience with Agile (preferably Scaled Agile) as a Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated understanding of database structures.
• Excellent understanding of Deposits, Lending, Digital, and Payments interface systems.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and product prioritization meetings.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Experience with Scrum and product management.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. You must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face?to?face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
