As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Sunnyvale (Main Campus) Mountain View, and San Jose, CA
  • 8 -12 hours per shift
  • Earliest start time 9:00 pm
  • Latest end time 8:00 am
• Flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift - highly preferred!

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer

• Must be articulate and professional when interacting with guests, the events team (event owners, coordinators), and security staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must, this is a guest services type role!
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Must be able to escalate any incident appropriately via radio or Pixel to GSOC (Global Security Ops Center) or on-site security.
• Ability to read and understand maps to help direct guests throughout the campus.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be at least 21 years of age
• You have valid CA. driver license and clean driving record
• 6 months security experience preferred
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
