Position Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, leading business-critical analyses and supporting initiatives across supply chain, finance, and operations. This hands-on role plays a vital part in driving growth and profitability in the pet treat division, with a focus on pricing strategies, customer profitability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial and customer profitability analyses to guide strategic decisions
• Partner with the Head of the Pet Business to develop and execute pricing and promotional plans
• Support supply chain optimization and procurement strategy for improved margins
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on special projects and growth initiatives
• Lead and support accounting and administrative teams as needed
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience in consumer goods, ideally in the pet or meat sector
• Familiarity with big-box retail and distributor relationships (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Walgreens)
• Private equity or high-growth business experience is a strong advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
