• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Masters degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with creator-centric products, social interactions, or communities.
• Experience in a user-facing product role, shipping design-centric features that drive user engagement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a product outlook for the creator work stream area you are covering, aligning with search discovery's missions and strategy.
• Partner with search discovery teams, collaborating with engineering and research teams to integrate new creator features and tools.
• Develop an understanding of creator behavior and motivations through a combination of qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and direct feedback from creators.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders across Google, advocating for the Creator team and its mission.
