Senior Recruiter – Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition (Banking & Financial Services)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across a wide range of roles within the banking and financial services industry. This individual will act as a strategic talent partner, managing the end-to-end hiring process while delivering top-tier talent in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings more than 6 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on the financial sector—particularly in areas such as syndicated loans, loan operations, and loan processing—as well as broader experience recruiting across business support, operations, compliance, and technical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across multiple departments and levels, including high-demand banking and loan operations positions.
Strategic Hiring Partner:
Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs, define job profiles, and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Targeted Sourcing:
Proactively identify and engage candidates through sourcing strategies that include job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry-specific platforms—especially within the banking and financial services talent market.
Specialized Recruiting Focus:
Demonstrate expertise in recruiting for specialized roles including syndicated loans, loan servicing, loan processing, loan administration, credit operations, and similar functions.
Candidate Screening & Presentation:
Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations to assess technical and behavioral fit. Present hiring managers with qualified shortlists supported by clear summaries and recommendations.
Interview Process Management:
Coordinate and streamline interview logistics, ensure consistent candidate experience, and guide stakeholders through structured feedback and selection processes.
Offer Negotiation & Closing:
Partner with hiring teams and HR to draft, present, and negotiate offers that align with internal equity and external market benchmarks.
Recruiting Metrics & Reporting:
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline strength, source effectiveness, and diversity efforts.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on financial services hiring trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory considerations.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or similar highly regulated industries
Proven success recruiting for syndicated loan operations, loan processing, credit/lending operations, and related financial services roles
Demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of roles across operations, compliance, back-office support, and client services
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS tools)
Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and best practices in talent acquisition
