Job Title: SharePoint Administrator (Contract Position) Location: Deerfield, IL - can be remote DURATION:3 months, not likely to extend Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint migrations, advanced SharePoint administration, and SharePointOnline PowerShell. They should also possess knowledge of Azure Entra /AD, MS Viva services, and SharePoint site front-end design/development. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. WHY JOIN: Need help setting up our Sharepoint Advanced Management environment; beginning to pilot Copilot for M365 which has a lot of Sharepoint tie-ins by way of data classifications and access controls Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute SharePoint migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime. Perform advanced SharePoint administration tasks, including site creation, configuration, and maintenance. Utilize SharePointOnline PowerShell for automation and management of SharePoint environments. Administer Azure Entra /AD, ensuring proper integration and security. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design and develop SharePoint site front-end interfaces. Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and MS Viva services features and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with SharePoint migrations. Advanced SharePoint administration experience. Proficiency in SharePointOnline PowerShell. Knowledge of Azure Entra /AD. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with MS Viva services. Experience in SharePoint site front-end design/development. Experience/exposure to other M365 collaboration tools such as Teams, PowerApps, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a contract position. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Selection preference will be given to candidates with experience in SharePoint advanced management and SharePoint site front-end development. TEAM STRUCTURE: Will report directly to HM, will interact directly with engineers on day to day basis to gather tasks for automations Summary: Implement an automation platform to eliminate repetitive actions for the team. By automating several processes, we can refocus our engineering teams to more critical matters.
